I am a wheelchair bound disable that is discriminated from NDC. May I know is any other free dental service?

I am a wheelchair bound disable that is terribly discriminated by the National Dental Center in Singapore.





Even though, I've been going to the Singapore General Hospital and the National Dental Center for years - getting taxi reimbrusement from them, and our photos (my mentally unstable mom and me) are publish in the Straits Times, the top management still ignore the fact that I'm wheelchair bound and are currently getting financial aid from the Central Singapore Community Development Council.





Not only that, the top management of the National Dental Center refused help to me and said terrible things to me.





I've been refused help to when I went up to SingHealth, Ministry of Health, the Prime Minister Office and the Presiential Office and even the Members of Paliament.





Now, we (my mom and me) are constantly in pain. If I may, may request help for our dental treatment and the same time help to voice out our grevious as to help other disables, elderlys, and the less fortunates?
