You would be liable to pay for the dental treatment and also liable to pay back any money that you got from the JSA. You should get in touch with both the JSA and the Dentist immediately, failure to do so can result in alot of trouble for you. If you admit it was a genuine mistake and it was the first time anything like that has happened before, then you will be fine :)
Reply:Hi,you will have to pay towards your dental treatment.Tell them you made a mistake.Good Luck
Reply:you sound quite an honest person. I don't think that you would neccesarily get in trouble as I'm quite sure that you will be entitled to some sort of benefit run on when you start new employment...(what are you going to do for money if you don't get paid till the end of the month?)

I would suggest not to worry about it but if they do ask, then just explain what happened; they should be able to help you.
Reply:Do you get working tax credit? if so you get free dental treatment.
