ok i live in mobile,al and here we have a place called franklin primary health center. they have a dental clinic that charges based on your income. if u live anywhere near there i'd give them a call. if you'd like u can email me for the number or try the business section in the phone book

Also, UAB School of Denistry in Birmingham has a low cost plan for a individual.





Also, if she is on Medicaid or Medicare,....they help cover some costs or all.
Reply:Do you have a Technical College nearby??Often they will offer free dental exams so their Dental students can gain hands on experience.
