I'm not sure about free treatment, but perhaps there are more affordable services offered to those that financially qualify. I wonder if the county board of social services can direct you to possible services such as that. It's not a guarantee that they are available and just fyi, sometimes dental schools offer discounted services perhaps if the dental students are doing the procedures.
